Important questions during interview process

Interview process is conducted in two phases (rounds):

1. Personal Interview 

2. Technical Interview

Personal Interview:

·         This interview is also known as warm up interview.
·         It is the opportunity get initial introduction between panel/ experts and candidate during process of interview.
·         You can prepare this interview questions on the basis of your information provided in your bio data or resume.
·         It is mainly focused on your personality analysis.
·         It will try to analyze your family background, confidence, communication ability , presence of mind, body language, dress code, nature, hobbies, strength, weak points, etc
·         It will create overall your impression at the initial stage of  interview

Preparation tips:

·         As it is related to your own analysis, it is your role to prepare smartly the common questions which are asked during interview.
·         Go through your bio data/resume and prepare questions sequentially in your mind and write them on a paper.
·         In the first part of your bio data/resume you have mentioned your personal details hence initial questions may be like

1.    Introduce yourself / Tell me about yourself

2.    How would you describe yourself?

3.    Tell me about your family background/members

4.    What are your strength points?

5.    What is your weakness?

6.    What is your career goal?

7.    Why  you are  interested in our organization?

8.    Which extracurricular activities have you participated in your

Academics

9.    Have you organized any event in your college?

10. Do you have any hobby?

11. Do you like to work in team?

12. How will you justify your abilities for the applied post?

13. Do you like to upgrade your education in near future?

Mock interview:

·         You have to write answer to above questions in a good impressive  English language
·         Practice to speak these answers fluently in simple words which will create confidence.
·         You may request your friend/family member to ask these questions similar to actual interview and answer them
·         List out the difficult questions and do more practice for such questions
·         You can record your own interview to find out mistakes and try to eliminate them.
·         You can watch interviews on you tube to get idea about interview process.
·         Do not get depressed in initial stage, more practice will enhance your confidence
·         You have to think and act positively with confidence to create your good impression during personal interview.
